Container bag is a kind of flexible packing case.It has characteristics of dust-proof, moisture-proof, radiation-resistanting, safe, firm and so on.

Container bags are ideal packings for chemical industry, cement, grain, mineral and other goods in the shape of powder, granular and lump.Load: 0.5-3T；cubage: 500-2300L；assurance coefficient can be devised to 3:1；5:1；6:1 according to users’requirements.

INSTRUCTION:
1.filling:Covering the funnel with the filling spout and fastening them together to avoid any leaking of the contents. Bags are normally filled suspended using the lifting device and with the base of the bag on or near a pallet.Making the Bags stand before filling .If the bags have discharge spout this should be tied off or closed before filling.
2.LIFING AND TRANSPORTATION:Forktrucks, cranes, hooks can be used for lifting and transportation according to the bags types and the weight of the materials contained.If using forktruck to carry the bags , the forks should be spaced correctly. The bags should be held close to the mast as low as possible.
3.EMPTYING: Lifting the bag with forktruck or hoods and suspending on the right position over the container, unfastening the string of discharge spout of cut the base of the bag using a suitable long handled cutting device (for single-trip bags) to discharge.Personnel should not stand underneath a suspended filled bag.
